Summary: My friend and I just stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It was fantastic with everything we needed. I don't remember the listing mentioning it being a duplex; there are folks upstairs but they were quiet. It was very clean, very comfortable, and our host was wonderful in accommodating us in requesting one more night a week prior to our stay. My friend said the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, and my bed was also very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Plus a washer and dryer if needed! I appreciated the variety of k-cups as well, for a quick coffee before we set out for the day. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything to make us feel at home. We feel it is one of the best rentals we have ever statutes in.

Summary: We were there for a funeral, and wanted somewhere to stay besides a hotel. This place was as nice as the pictures! That is a first for me! It was clean (another first in recent years!) and was close to the places we needed to be. The only thing I would change would be a longer shower curtain because it didn’t want to stay in the shower.

Summary: The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes,etc. Perfect for cooking your own meals. The bed was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and very walkable. I would stay her again.
